I got a message that someone is logged in. Why is this?

Did you try to log in from an app other than the one you normally use, a smartphone, etc.?
You can only log in from one app or device.
If you want to use it from another app or device, please log out once.

The user registration button on the app is not responding

In rare cases, the registration button may not respond.
This occurs when all files necessary to run the application are not fully loaded.
Restarting the application once will solve the problem.
This is especially likely to occur immediately after the application is installed.
