If you wish to cancel your membership from the company’s Web Service Account Portal [a-centro], you can do so from the account details on My Page.
If you are currently subscribed to any services before canceling your membership, please do so after canceling the relevant services.
Please note that the paid-in fee will not be refunded even if you cancel the contract in the middle of the contract.
