アプリが出来たとメールが届いたが表示されない

ネット環境により、表示されない場合がございます。
メールが来てから１時間ぐらい経過してから表示されることもございます。

恐れ入りますが、表示されるまでしばらくお待ち下さいませ。

How long does it take from application to start of use?

You will receive an email within 24 hours with an invitation to start using the service.
Please access the URL provided in the e-mail and log in to the management screen.
Once the application settings, promotion settings, coupon settings, etc. have been completed from the settings screen, you can start using the service.

I received an email saying the app was ready, but it’s not showing up

It may not be displayed depending on the Internet environment.
It may be displayed after about an hour has passed since you received the e-mail.

Please wait for a while until it appears.

Application not created

It takes at least 15 minutes to 1 hour after receiving your order.
If it is not a business day, we will respond on the next business day.
